What data we collect

When you book a table or send a celebration enquiry using a form on this website, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, phone number, date and time, number of guests (adults and children), type of celebration and your message.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your data solely to confirm and prepare your reservation, or to reply to your enquiry and send you an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and will not send you promotional messages without your separate consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep reservation and enquiry data for no more than 12 months from the date of the reservation or the last contact, unless the law (e.g. accounting rules) requires a longer period.

Who has access

Only the staff of Restaurant Korta have access to your data. The website does not use external fonts, maps or tracking tools. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or visitor-statistics tools, so no cookie notice is needed.

Newsletter (optional)

If you tick the newsletter box when booking, we use your email address to send news and offers from Restaurant Korta. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time (write to niki.pietas@gmail.com or info@restaurantkorta.com), and we keep newsletter data until you withdraw it. The newsletter is not required to make a reservation.

Automatic confirmation

After you send the form we automatically email you to confirm that your enquiry was received, in the language you used on the form.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to niki.pietas@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
